Concession Manager

The job of a Concession Manager in the fashion retail industry is a role where the manager is based within a fashion department store, managing the retailer's concession that sits within the store, whether it is womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, fashion accessories, footwear, or lingerie.

The Concession Manager will always provide a service to customers that endeavour to meet their needs and exceeds their expectations whilst always representing the retail brand. The Concession Manager will coach the retail sales team in selling techniques and product knowledge as well as develop, manage and implement promotions in order to drive sales and develop brand awareness.

The Concession Manager will recruit, induct, retain and develop staff to enhance the values of the fashion brand and contribute to the success of the business. To get a job in fashion as a Concession Manager you will have previous experience working within a fashion retail sales environment.
