I was lucky enough to have had my interview on the same day at the one company I wanted to work for, so my details were forwarded on to them and within three days Helen was back on the phone with a request from the company that I had applied to work for, which was for me to perform a SWOT analysis. From the time that I applied to getting an interview I was anxious as I had not heard anything, but Helen always reassured me that we would hear something soon and yes we did.

Helen helped me prepare for my interview, by sending me company information, letting me know what to wear and expect, this gave me so much confidence and helped me relax a little bit for the interview.

I was successful in the interview and Helen\'s support did not stop there. She has supported me continually and been the contact between myself and the company that I will be working for, informing me of all my training locations, negotiating salaries and travel costs.

Helen always retuned all my calls and emails, answered every question I had or would find out the answer and would call me back that very day.

I am truly grateful to Helen and how much support, reassurance and coaching she has given me over the last few months of the recruitment process which is often a long and frustrating period of time, but she made it much easier and less stressful.
