Career Structure

Our career structure is linked to our salary structure so you can see how you are doing and what your next step will be. Our Entry level is that of Researcher and then promotion leads to Junior Consultant, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Team Leader and then Divisional Manager.

Excellent Salaries

We offer very competitive basic salaries and better than usual commissions. Our commission structure is not capped, paid monthly and it is designed to encourage teamwork and cooperation with your colleagues whilst still being based on individual performance - so you get the best of both worlds.

A Great Working Environment

We don't expect our staff to work 'all-hours' - it's a civilised day from 9am to 5:30pm. So you can still have a life outside work and our holiday allowance is excellent with bonus holiday after 3, 5, 7 and 10 years of service.

We have a genuinely friendly and team-spirited culture and, whilst no one is made to feel they have to socialise with colleagues, there's certainly plenty of opportunity to do so if that's what you want.
