Ted Baker has appointed Jennifer Roebuck to the role of chief customer officer. Ms Roebuck is currently a non-executive director of Ted Baker and will be stepping down from the position in April as a result of joining the company’s leadership team full time. In her new role, she will develop a customer and digital strategy and explore new digital partnership opportunities to drive growth.
