A fast-growing fashion retailer is looking for an ambitious Assistant Merchandiser to join its busy head office team in East London. Working within a fast-paced environment, you'll support the Merchandising team in driving sales, maximising stock opportunities, and delivering commercial success across a high-volume product area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Merchandise Admin Assistant looking to progress, or an Assistant Merchandiser seeking a fresh challenge within a trend-led business.

The Role

• Support the planning and forecasting of product ranges
• Analyse sales and stock performance to identify opportunities and risks
• Manage intake, replenishment, and stock levels across multiple channels
• Produce weekly trade reports and performance analysis
• Work closely with Buying, Design, and Supply Chain teams
• Assist with markdown and promotional activities
• Support the delivery of departmental sales and profit targets

About You

• Previous experience as an Assistant Merchandiser or established MAA ready for progression
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Commercially aware with a passion for fashion and product
• Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving retail environment
