Assistant store Manager - Brent Cross

An exciting opportunity has come up for a commercially driven assistant store manager to join our premium womenswear team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader who understands luxury and premium fashion, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing store environment.

The Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the store. You will lead by example on the shop floor, inspire and develop the team, and ensure every customer receives a genuinely elevated and personalised experience.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales and commercial targets
• Leading, motivating and developing the retail team
• Delivering exceptional levels of customer service and clienteling
• Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and store standards
• Supporting stock management, deliveries and operational processes
• Analysing sales performance and identifying opportunities to maximise results
• Acting as a senior presence in the store and taking ownership in the Store Manager's absence

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience within premium/high street womenswear or fashion retail
• Strong commercial awareness and a genuine passion for achieving results
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A polished, confident and customer-focused approach
• Experience developing and motivating a high-performing team
• The energy, initiative and resilience to thrive in a premium retail environment
