Junior Merchandiser - Fashion

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Junior Merchandiser to join a fast-growing fashion brand on an immediate-start temporary contract, with strong potential to become permanent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Junior Merchandiser who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of their own product areas. The business is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help drive merchandising processes, reporting and trading decisions.

The Role

As Junior Merchandiser, you will:

• Own and trade your own product areas
• Implementing processes and ways of working from scratch
• Manage WSSI, OTB and stock control
• Build and maintain line cards
• Deliver detailed trading analysis and reporting
• Support forecasting, stock management and department performance
• Identify opportunities to improve merchandising processes and ways of working
• Work closely with Buying, Design, Product Development and E-commerce teams
• Contribute to commercial decisions that drive sales and profitability

About You

To be considered, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Junior Merchandiser or a highly autonomous Senior Assistant Merchandiser
• Experience owning and trading your own department or product category
• Experience in implementing new ways of working and processes to build departments
• Strong WSSI, OTB and forecasting skills
• Excellent analytical and commercial awareness
• Experience creating and managing line cards
• The confidence to work independently and take ownership of decisions
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
