Merchandiser - Fashion

A leading fashion retailer is looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join their dynamic head office team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded merchandiser to take ownership of product areas, drive trading performance and influence key business decisions within a fast-paced omnichannel environment. Based in West London with a flexible hybrid working pattern, this role offers excellent progression opportunities and a collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive sales, profit and stock performance across product categories
• Analyse trading results and make commercial recommendations
• Manage forecasting, intake planning and WSSI
• Work closely with buying, design and cross-functional teams
• Monitor KPI performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Lead, coach and develop junior merchandising team members
• Ensure stock is in the right place at the right time across stores and online

About you:

• Merchandising experience gained within a fashion retail business
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Experience managing WSSI, forecasting and stock planning
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
