An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven luxury store manager to join a prestigious luxury retail business in Malta.

We are looking for an exceptional retail leader who can deliver outstanding client experiences, inspire a high-performing team, and drive commercial performance while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.

The Role

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a luxury retail store
• Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience
• Drive sales, profitability and clienteling performance
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store standards
• Build strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to maximise performance

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience managing a luxury retail store
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving sales targets
• Exceptional leadership, communication and client-service skills
• Experience working with VIP/high-net-worth clientele
• Passion for luxury, fashion, jewellery, watches or premium retail
• Highly polished, professional and customer-focused
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous
• Must hold an EU passport or be a Maltese citizen
