Store Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead a high-profile Covent Garden location for a renowned skincare, fragrance and beauty company.

Located in one of London’s busiest and most iconic areas and close to the company’s head office, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded retail leader to take ownership of a highly visible store.

The role

You’ll be responsible for leading your team to deliver outstanding commercial results while creating the exceptional customer experience the brand is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing your store team
• Driving sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance
• Delivering an exceptional customer journey
• Coaching your team on product knowledge, demonstration and storytelling
• Maintaining high operational and visual standards
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
• Creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing store environment
• Using commercial insight to identify opportunities and improve performance
• Working closely with the wider business and supporting the London retail strategy

About you

You’ll be an experienced Store Manager who is confident leading a team and managing a commercially successful retail environment.
