Territory Manager - Central & Eastern Europe (Polish Speaking)

Hinckley, Leicestershire | Up to £65,000 | Permanent, Full-Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Polish-speaking Territory Manager to join a growing international business operating within the licensed apparel and accessories sector.

Managing the Central and Eastern European territory, you will be responsible for developing existing accounts, securing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with retail customers across the region, with a particular focus on Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth across the CEE territory
• Manage and develop key customer accounts
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Deliver sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
• Attend customer meetings and trade events across Europe
• Work closely with internal teams to support commercial growth

About You:

• Fluent in Polish and English
• Experience in territory sales, account management or business development
• Background within apparel, accessories, licensing, retail or consumer products
• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Europe

Package:

• Salary up to £65,000
