This well established retail brand is seeking a French speaking Customer Support Admin for their customer service team based in London.
As a Customer Support Admin you will be responsible for all the administration for the team.
*Handling queries over call, email,fax,post etc.
*Managing administration and reviewing figures
*Spot trends/ patterns and report any irregular findings
*Flagging problems to the team
*Fluent in both French and English
*A genuine passion for the beauty industry and be very hands on
*Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
*Focused in a fast paced environment
*Previous experience in a customer service role
*Organised and resourceful
