Duties of a Retail Operations Manager depend on the size of the store, however they will include managing stock levels, analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales, and interpreting trends. The Retail Operations team will also deal with staffing issues, promote the stores and ensuring standards for quality, health and safety and customer service are met.
The teams are instrumental in developing new store formats and will work closely with the Visual Merchandising teams to reach the best solutions.
