Head Office Retail Operations

Head Office Retail Operation teams work closely with branches to shape the way in which the service and goods are delivered. The aim of any Retail Operations Manager is to maximise profit while minimising costs.

Duties of a Retail Operations Manager depend on the size of the store, however they will include managing stock levels, analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales, and interpreting trends. The Retail Operations team will also deal with staffing issues, promote the stores and ensuring standards for quality, health and safety and customer service are met.

The teams are instrumental in developing new store formats and will work closely with the Visual Merchandising teams to reach the best solutions. Roles within a Head Office Retail Operations team includes Project Managers, Selling Development Managers, Designers, Business Managers and Administrators.
