Using Temps & Freelancers gives you the flexibility to keep staffing levels optimal as your business needs change. Temporary workers help reduce overall staffing costs, because their presence can keep your regular employees fully productive, but not overworked.

What our service to you includes

  • Meeting rooms available for assessment centres and brand training

How we work

  • Our Temps & Freelancers are either Employed on PAYE ‘Contract for services’ or Ltd
  • Temps Paid directly into their bank account weekly
  • Only pay for hours worked, overtime is paid the same
  • Our whole payroll process is done in-house so offers full flexibility
  • Clients invoiced weekly direct by us
  • We can payroll direct candidates on our payroll for you too
  • Can advise on IR35, REC approved contracts.

Our temps division is dedicated, available and reactive with a 98% Fill rate and 4 dedicated consultants, all with long standing service, ensuring consistency in the account management and service you receive.
