Every one of our candidates is fully interviewed by a trained and experienced Consultant and fully briefed about your company and your role.

We have experience in running advertising campaigns for our clients, using our combined brands and logos. These are very effective. There is no additional charge for this other than a contribution to the cost of the advertising space which we acquire at discounted rates.

We discuss each specific role with every candidate before submitting their CV to you.

We face-to-face interview candidates but if this is logistically impossible they receive an in-depth, competency-based interview over the phone (or via web-cam) and you are informed of this.

The industry knowledge our Consultants have enables us to assess our candidates accurately and so make more suitable matches to the vacancies.

Buying and merchandising graduates undergo a rigorous half-hour maths test with consistent pass levels applied.

We are exhaustive in our preparation of candidates for overseas roles. We understand this is a new life rather than simply a 'new job'. We supply all the information they need about the culture, schools, housing, employment terms and contracts etc. to ensure candidates understand fully the implications of accepting a position abroad.

We spend approximately 10% of our annual turnover on advertising to attract candidates across a wide variety of media: websites such as The Retail Appointment, Retail Choice and DR Online, (as well as our own of course) and hard copy publications ranging from trade magazines like Drapers and The Appointment.
