Area Manager

The Role

As Area Manager, you'll be responsible for driving commercial performance, developing high-performing store teams and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across your region.

You'll work closely with Store Managers to identify opportunities, implement strategies and create a culture that delivers outstanding results.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and coaching multiple store management teams
Driving sales, profit and KPI performance across the region
Identifying opportunities to maximise commercial success
Supporting new store openings and expansion plans
Developing future talent through coaching and succession planning
Ensuring brand standards and customer experience remain best-in-class
Analysing performance data and creating action plans for growth
About You
Previous Area Manager, Regional Manager or multi-site leadership experience
Strong commercial acumen and sales-driving capability
Passion for people development and team engagement
Experience within fast-paced fashion, lifestyle or retail environments
Data-driven with excellent analytical skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on leadership style
