Assistant Manager

We are seeking a supervisor or assistant manager to join our client's Store in Douglas and help deliver excellent sales and service through the team of around 8 staff.

You will need leadership experience of a service driven retail or perhaps hospitality brand.

Setting direction for the team, organizing shop floor activities and day to day planning.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a love of customer engagement and team training.
