We’re looking for a Temporary Assistant Manager to support the team during a busy trading period. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to join a vibrant women’s fashion brand and make an impact – whether you're available full-time or part-time.

The Role:

As Temporary Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain our brand’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations

Motivate and guide the team to hit sales targets

Deliver exceptional customer service and styling advice

Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation

Handle stock deliveries and replenishment

Lead by example on the shop floor

About You:

Retail experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role (fashion preferred)

Confident, organised, and customer-focused

Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding

Flexible, reliable, and ready to start immediately

Available for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends
