Assistant Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for an assistant manager to join a well-loved womenswear brand in Kingston Bentall Centre.
This is a chance to work for a retailer, who are all about empowering women and championing their instore teams.

The role:
• Support the store manager in driving KPIs within the team
• Be a brand champion, utilising training and development within the team
• Lead from the front with customer service
• Support with all back office functions and VM duties

The person:
• Previous experience as an assistant manager, or a well-established supervisor
• Fully flexible across the week, to do early, mid and late shifts
• Highly motivated
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
