Assistant Store Manager

Do you have strong leadership skills and a talent for delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to help drive success in our store.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager with the daily running of the shop, from motivating the team to hitting sales targets. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the store runs smoothly, handling stock, merchandising, and making sure every customer leaves happy.

We’re looking for someone with retail experience, ideally in womens fashion, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, great communication, and a passion for sales are a must. Flexibility is important too, as the role will include weekend work.
