Assistant Store Manager

This global travel retail leader is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager at its Bristol Airport location. Known for offering an exceptional range of luxury and high-street brands to travellers, this business is fast-paced, diverse, and full of opportunity.

In this role, you’ll assist in running day-to-day operations in a busy airport setting, managing a team, optimising sales performance, and ensuring high service standards. Flexibility, pace, and leadership are key.

Ideal candidates will have previous assistant management experience in fast-paced retail, with strong customer service skills and a commercial eye. Experience in an airport is a plus.

Salary is up to £32,000, with bonus potential, paid airport parking, retail discounts, and robust internal training.
