Key Responsibilities:
Support daily store operations and lead by example on the shop floor
Help drive sales and achieve store KPIs
Oversee stock, floor standards, and team development
Maintain high visual merchandising standards

Requirements:
2+ years retail management or supervisory experience (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
Strong leadership and commercial awareness
