Assistant Store Manager

We are delighted to partner with a fantastic brand who are looking for an Assistant Store Manager. They are renowned for being a smart, heritage-inspired shirt specialist, with a strong reputation for formal shirts, suits, and business attire and making tailoring more accessible.
They are a go-to brand for reliable, well-made office and occasion wear.

The role will report into the Store Manager and support with the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high customer service is maintained. This position requires someone who can take on stock takes, rotas, payroll and other back of house admin. The role will suit someone who is ambitious, with a desire to learn and progress.

The individual will be sales-driven, commercially focused, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. You will have strong people management skills, be able to handle challenging situations and be a hands-on leader. You will be team-focused, enjoy developing others and ideally already be an AM role in retail, or at Supervisor level ready for that next step-up.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary of £32,000, plus quarterly bonuses.
