Customer Service Temp - German Speaking
A great opportunity has arisen for a customer service temp to work for a well known premium to luxury brand who are very well known in the industry. You will be working in their head office in Sloane Square / High St Kensington
This is a temporary role so candidates must be immediately available without a notice period.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all customer queries via email and Instagram in a timely manner with understanding, attentiveness and a solution
- Manage short orders by liaising between the customer and warehouse to resolve orders that are short on stock
- Manage a weekly customer service report
- Working closely with the design & technical teams relaying relevant product and customer feedback
- Action refunds to customers in a timely manner
- Regularly liaise with the warehouse team to ensure orders are sent promptly, smoothly and any problems are resolved quickly.
The candidate:
- Must be able to speak fluent German
- Must have experience in a fashion head office customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills
