Cut and Sew Designer

Cut & Sew Designer | £35,000 | Mid–Late October Start

An exciting opportunity is available for an organised, technically strong and product-focused Cut & Sew Designer to join an established design team.

The role will focus on developing design concepts into accurate technical packs, CADs and commercially relevant product, working closely with the wider Design and Product teams, offshore sample rooms and manufacturers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in technical/design roles within fashion

• Excellent Adobe Illustrator and CAD skills

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fit and manufacturing

• Exceptional attention to detail and technical pack creation

• Experience working with offshore factories/sample rooms

• The ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines efficiently

• A commercial, solutions-focused approach to product development

• Experience across sleepwear, leisure, activewear or jersey would be advantageous

• An interest in AI-assisted design and presentation tools is a plus
