Ecommerce Platform Lead
We are partnering with a fantastic brand giving someone a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised fashion retailer that is part of one of the world's largest apparel groups, renowned for creating high-quality, innovative and affordable clothing. This role sits within the European eCommerce team, supporting a rapidly growing digital business and collaborating closely with international stakeholders, including global headquarters, to deliver an exceptional online customer experience.
As the ecommerce platform lead (also known as a technical delivery lead) you will oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance and performance of the eCommerce platform across the European market. Responsibilities include system administration, monitoring service delivery, coordinating software releases and business-critical launches, managing issue resolution and escalations, supporting platform enhancement projects, maintaining technical documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise service performance and customer experience.
The successful candidate will have at least five years' experience in digital retail or eCommerce environments, with a strong background in service delivery, technical operations and stakeholder management. You will have experience working within Agile teams, gathering and analysing business requirements, collaborating with development teams and third-party vendors, and using SQL for data analysis. Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, AWS and microservices, alongside proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro and digital platforms including CRM, CMS and analytics tools, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement are essential.
