Ecommerce Trading Manager

I'm partnering with an exciting retail brand to recruit an Ecommerce Trading Manager to drive online performance across multiple digital channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded ecommerce professional to take ownership of trading strategy, forecasting, promotions and onsite optimisation. Working closely with Buying, Marketing and Digital teams, you'll use data and customer insights to maximise sales, conversion and profitability while delivering an exceptional online experience.

We're looking for someone with:
✨ 3+ years' ecommerce trading experience within a fast-paced retail environment (fashion preferred)
✨ Strong commercial, analytical and trading skills
✨ Experience with forecasting, promotional planning and onsite merchandising
✨ Good knowledge of Google Analytics and ecommerce platforms (Shopify, SAP Hybris or similar)
✨ Previous experience coaching or developing team members
