Finance Director

An exciting opportunity has come up for a chief financial officer to join a large international garment manufacturer in its Dhaka location.
The role is an integral role for the business, to lead the financial areas, as well as partnering with senior stakeholders across the wider business. You will be supporting with margins, and financial controls, to hit key KPIs.

The role:
• Management and control of operating budgets
• Ownership and compliance management of financial planning and reporting
• Implement financial risk management strategies and controls
• Implement Cyber Security compliance structure to combat threats
• Provide financial leadership across the Far East region
• Mentor, lead and develop a team of finance and IT professionals


The candidate:
• Strong commercial acumen and financial expertise in FP&A, Compliance, sourcing, IT, within a manufacturing or retail setting
• Experience leading project teams
• Able to work collaboratively with other teams such as Tax, Treasury, Supply Chain etc
• Able to support on delivering change and process improvements
• Be CPA / ACCA / CIMA Accountancy qualified
• Fluent in English
