• You must possess a comprehensive understanding of the global fashion supply chain
• You should demonstrate proficiency in negotiation and building relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery terms for our business.
• We expect you to have strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple sourcing projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
• You need to be adept at using data analysis tools and techniques to make informed sourcing decisions that align with our strategic objectives.
• It's essential that you are familiar with international trade laws, import/export regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the fashion industry.
• We require you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and finance, to integrate sourcing strategies seamlessly within our operations.

For this role it is essential that you have worked on Leather previously and have experience with Sourcing from India.
