Garment Technologist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and proactive Garment Technologist to join a trend led womenswear manufacturer based in Hertfordshire. You would play a key role in ensuring the quality, fit, and performance of the garments from development through to production.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage garment fit sessions and provide clear technical feedback

Review and approve samples, ensuring consistency with specifications

Create and maintain technical packs and size specifications

Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve technical issues

Ensure products meet quality, safety, and compliance standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supply side garment technologist role

Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and fit

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Confident communication and ability to work cross-functionally
