Global HR & Talent Manager

We’re hiring a Global HR & Talent Manager for an international fashion and sourcing group in Hong Kong. This is a senior role with real impact – shaping people strategy across multiple regions.

The Role:
Lead global HR operations including recruitment, talent, L&D, and performance. Partner with senior leaders to drive strategy, manage change, and build high-performing teams.

What You’ll Need:
Previous senior leadership experience in HR, with international exposure
Proven people leader with strong strategic capability
Resilient, adaptable, and confident under pressure
To be already based in Hong Kong or China
CIPD L7 or equivalent preferred

Package:
75K HKD/month + KPI/Performance-based bonus
