As head of retail for the UK & Ireland, you will lead the execution of the retail strategy across a diverse store portfolio, including full-price stores, outlets, airports and concessions. You'll be responsible for driving sales and profitability, delivering operational excellence, enhancing the customer experience, leading and developing area managers, and working closely with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives that support sustainable business growth.

The successful candidate will have significant senior multi-site retail leadership experience, ideally within the premium or luxury sector. You will be a commercially astute leader with strong financial and strategic planning skills, a proven track record of delivering sales growth, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are essential.
