IT Manager (Business Applications)
Join a well-established, fashion-led retailer with a strong presence across the UK and Ireland. Known for its premium high street offering and trend-driven approach, the business combines its own collections with some of the world's most recognised footwear brands. As the company continues to invest in technology and digital transformation, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of its business applications landscape.
As IT Manager (Business Applications), you will lead the delivery of business-critical applications while supporting a major ERP transformation programme. You'll oversee the transition from legacy systems to a new ERP platform, ensuring business continuity throughout the migration. Managing a team of application specialists, you'll coordinate testing, training and data migration, maintain the stability of existing ERP, WMS and OMS platforms, and work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and group IT teams to deliver reliable, scalable technology solutions. You'll also take ownership of governance, budgeting, vendor management and application support to ensure operational excellence.
To be successful, you'll have at least four years' experience in an IT management role, ideally within a multi-site retail or fashion environment, with hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications such as ERP, WMS and OMS. You'll be a confident people leader with strong stakeholder management skills, a solid understanding of enterprise systems, integrations and data governance, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Oracle Retail would be highly advantageous, as would experience supporting legacy systems through large-scale transformation programmes.
