Luxury Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales manager to join a prestigious luxury retail environment in Manchester. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a renowned British fine-jewellery house celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship, superior materials, and innovative design.

In this leadership role, you will guide a specialist sales team, oversee day-to-day operations, and cultivate a culture of exceptional service. You’ll champion high standards on the sales floor, support expert product knowledge development, and ensure every client interaction reflects the brand’s values.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding client experience that aligns with luxury service expectations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of specialists to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring opportunities for repeat business.
- Oversee product expertise within the team, supporting knowledge of luxury watches, jewellery, and high-value items.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
- Manage stock processes, including inventory, replenishment, and product care.
- Support in-store events, private appointments, and client experiences.
- Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to optimise results.

Key Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally with exposure to high-value watches or fine jewellery. Other sectors will be considered.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets.
- Refined communication skills and a polished, professional demeanour.
- Deep appreciation for luxury craftsmanship and clienteling.
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.

The salary is up to £70,000 with a strong bonus structure based on individual and company performance. 26 days annual holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare after 6 months.
