Merchandise Manager - Fashion

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced product merchandising manager to join a fast-growing international fashion retailer during a period of significant expansion. This role will be based in the London head office five days a week with flexible hours.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead UK merchandising strategy, driving assortment planning, in-season trading and product performance across multiple categories. Working closely with Buying, Design, Retail and Supply Chain teams, you will drive the brand forward with commercial ranges.

Key Responsibilities
Lead seasonal merchandising and assortment strategy.
Drive sales, margin and stock performance through effective trading.
Analyse trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity.
Manage pricing, promotions, markdowns and inventory optimisation.
Deliver commercial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Coach and develop merchandising team members.

About You
Established experience merchandising, planning or trading experience within fashion retail within a similar size retailer
Currently operating at Senior Merchandiser, Merchandising Manager or similar level.
Strong commercial and analytical skills.
Proven experience managing sales, margin and stock KPIs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
