Merchandiser

Our client is a leading fashion retailer looking to appoint a Merchandiser to join a high-profile womenswear area of the business. Reporting to the Head of Merchandising, you'll play a key role in shaping category performance and leading a small merchandising team.

You'll be responsible for driving sales, profit and margin through effective trading, advanced forecasting, and demand planning. Working closely with Buying, you'll influence category strategy, manage stock and intake, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure commercial targets are achieved.

We're seeking an established Merchandiser, although exceptional Junior Merchandisers ready for the next step will also be considered. Core merchandising experience is essential, alongside strong WSSI and OTB knowledge, commercial trading ability and previous experience leading or developing a small team.
