Merchandising admin assistant
Our client is an established supplier of quality clothing to the UK high street.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright and ambitious individual to join their growing team as a Merchandise Admin Assistant.
The role
Within this role you will develop and grow within the existing experienced merchandising team. Products you will work with include outerwear, denim, shorts and footwear. You will be raising internal purchase orders for inhouse stock ranges, and customer orders and keeping the purchase orders up-to-date with any date , price and style changes. You will also ensure that the factory have these details.
In addition to this, you will be ordering packaging / barcode stickers from nominated label suppliers and dispatching to suppliers in the Far East. Chasing lab dips, print strike offs, bulk fabric/sample submissions ( sealer samples /pre-production samples / production samples / press samples) will also be a major part of this role.
The ideal candidate will have:
Good all round admin skills
Microsoft office experience
Be organized, accurate and enthusiastic to learn.
They will also be able to work well within a team environment.
