Merchandising Director

An incredibly exciting opportunity has come up for a merchandise director to join an international ecommerce retailer in Dubai.
This role will see you spearhead the merchandising functions and strategy across all divisions, working collaboratively with a fast paced forward thinking team.

The role:
• Develop and deliver end to end merchandising
• Lead innovation, implementing AI tools across merchandising
• Inspire and motivate a team of merchandisers
• Understand customer behaviours, and implement that into trade reviews

The candidate:
• Previous experience, in a high volume fast paced retail environment
• Experience with AI tools to enhance merchandising functions
• Highly analytical and focused on consumer trends
• Able to drive sales and growth
