Office Administrator & Bookkeeper
We’re hiring on behalf of a growing creative fashion studio looking for a highly organised Office Administrator & Bookkeeper to support daily operations and finance. This is a key role in a dynamic, collaborative team during an exciting growth phase.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero
Handle payroll, invoicing, and monthly financial reports
Support HR admin and employee onboarding
Oversee general office administration and studio operations
Requirements:
Experience in bookkeeping and office admin
Proficient in Xero and payroll processes
Knowledge of HR procedures
Organised, proactive, and a great communicator
