We’re looking for strong assistant store managers, department managers or experienced team leaders ready for the next step. You’ll lead, motivate and develop a large team, driving sales, service and key KPIs within a high-volume, multi-million-pound retail operation. Alongside creating an exceptional customer journey, you’ll play a key role in delivering commercial results and maintaining high standards across the store.

Salary up to £34,000 + bonus up to £4,000
