Sales Associate

We are delighted to partner with a luxury watch brand, best described as a precision-driven, aviation-rooted luxury brand with a bold, masculine edge and strong technical credibility.

The aim of this role is to deliver world-class client experiences in a dynamic environment and strengthen client relationships. Furthermore, you'll be an integral, supportive and inspirational team member in delivering excellent service and support the Boutique in achieving business objectives. You will need to meet sales and CRM expectations and targets, reorder merchandise and customer orders as required, apply and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and ensure boutique standards are maintained to the highest standards at all times.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in luxury, preferably within the watch industry. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you have delivered consistent sales performance and have a very high attention to detail and accuracy. You are sales driven, you have the ability to sell and persuade, with excellent industry and product knowledge.

In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of £29,500, plus a monthly bonus and monthly commission. The role is based in Regent Street London, it's full time, store opens from 10am - 7pm and you will work 5 of the 7 days.
