Sample Room Manager / Product Developer / Knitwear Programmer

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on knitwear specialist to lead the sample room and support product development. This is a key technical role acting as the link between design and production — ensuring samples are accurate, feasible, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day running of the knitwear sample room
Programme samples and support complex knitwear designs
Translate design briefs into technically accurate, manufacturable products
Oversee yarn stock and sampling materials
Improve workflows, quality standards, and speed-to-market
Skills & Experience

Strong knitwear technical knowledge (programming, construction, yarns, gauges)
Experience in a knitwear sample room or development environment
Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
Experience with Stoll (M1 Plus) desirable
