A highly successful and fast-growing global games and toys manufacturer is looking to appoint a Senior Licensing Manager to join its expanding EMEA Consumer Products team. Working within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, you will play a pivotal role in helping shape licensed consumer products programmes across multiple markets for a leading name in the indusstry. The business partners with some of the world's most recognised brands and is committed to delivering innovative, trend-led products that resonate with consumers across a broad range of age groups and retail channels. This is a high-visibility position offering genuine ownership, the opportunity to influence creative strategy, and the chance to contribute to the continued growth and success of the function.

Reporting to the Global VP of Brand Integrity, this role will act as the primary creative point of contact for assigned licensees across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on either the hardlines or softlines categories. You will provide creative direction and guidance throughout the product development process, ensuring all products, packaging, marketing collateral and retail programmes are aligned with brand standards, consumer expectations and market trends. Working closely with internal teams across retail, marketing, social, global events and commercial functions, you will translate trend insights and consumer understanding into compelling product concepts and differentiated collections. The role requires someone who can balance creativity with commercial thinking, lead regular licensee meetings, provide clear and constructive feedback, manage approvals and samples, and inspire partners through creative mock-ups, innovative ideas and elevated product execution that drives category growth.

We are seeking a commercially aware and design-led consumer products professional with at least five years' experience in creative design, ideally gained across multiple product categories. You will possess strong graphic design skills, an excellent eye for detail and a proven ability to create brand-right products that appeal to both consumers and retail partners. Experience within consumer products, licensing, toys or related sectors is essential, along with a strong understanding of product development processes and brand stewardship. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, can work independently in a fast-paced environment, and thrives on combining strategic creative thinking with hands-on execution.

In return they are offering a salary of up to £85,000, depending on experience. There is an annual bonus, generous holiday allowance, private medical and critical illness and income protection cover. They offer hybrid working with the opportunity to work from home two days a week.
