Stock Replenishment Manager

Step into a fast-moving, high-energy airport retail environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of a globally recognised travel retail operation, leading a replenishment team in a space where speed, precision, and customer experience directly impact performance every hour of the day.

This is not a standard retail role. It’s a live, international trading environment where thousands of travellers pass through daily, and where exceptional stock availability and presentation make a real commercial difference.

As stock replenishment manager, you will take ownership of a critical function, ensuring stock flows seamlessly through the business while coaching and developing your team to deliver consistently high operational standards. You’ll build strong relationships across the wider airport operation and play a key role in keeping shelves, displays, and back-of-house running at peak efficiency.

You will be accountable for maintaining 98% stock availability, optimising space to maximise sales performance, and ensuring strict stock rotation practices are followed to minimise waste and loss. You will also oversee goods-in operations, ensuring all deliveries are accurately checked, compliant with purchase orders, and correctly recorded on internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing replenishment team in a fast-paced airport retail environment
- Deliver exceptional stock availability through disciplined, efficient replenishment processes
- Maximise daily trading performance by prioritising and directing operational activity
- Take ownership of business objectives and translate them into clear team delivery
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, space planning, and stock presentation
- Ensure accurate goods-in control, stock rotation, and full procedural compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in service, efficiency, and operational execution

About You
You will already have experience leading teams within retail, customer service, or a fast-paced operational environment. Supermarket, DIY, discount retail, or high-volume stock environments translate particularly well to this role.
