Store Manager

We’re partnering with an exciting lifestyle furniture brand set to launch a new store in Islington this June, and they’re looking for a dynamic store manager to lead the way. This brand is all about the customer experience and constantly striving for further improvements. They just keep growing and are recognised a s a market leader.

As store manager, you will be leading the team to success. Driving sales through fantastic services and product knowledge, whilst managing a well maintained store/showroom. 360 retailing at its best. This is an unique opportunity to shape the launch and culture of a brand-new store.

Ideally, you will be well versed in the sales journey to share your skills through coaching the team. A background in lifestyle, interiors, furniture, or premium fashion is a plus. You will be able to demonstrate experience managing a standalone store or boutique. You will be organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership from day one.

The basic salary is up to £37,000 with a strong bonus. Benefits include 33 days holiday, health cash plans, discount, C2W, Christmas shopping day and death in service to name a few.
