Store Manager

They are known for colourful, textured, and artisanal products inspired by cultures around the world.

In this role, the successful candidate will drive the overall store performance, from sales to team performance. You will focus on generating profit, exceeding KPIs, managing P&L, and maximising on commercial opportunities. You will be an excellent manager, who is approachable, supportive and inclusive.

The brand are looking for someone who has strong customer focus, who can deliver the utmost excellent customer experience and is a confident leader who will inspire their team to deliver results. You will have a proven track record or managing a similar size store and team. You will have a creative approach, the ability to communicate effectively and be a solution-driven individual.

In return the company are offering a salary of £30,909 per annum, along with a bonus scheme, generous employee discount and uniform allowance.
