What You'll Be Doing
Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a high-turnover retail store.
Leading, coaching and developing a large, diverse team to achieve outstanding results.
Driving sales, profitability and operational excellence.
Managing stock, merchandising and inventory to maximise availability and minimise loss.
Delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to improve performance.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety and security procedures.
Creating a positive, engaging and high-performing culture.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Retail Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
Experience leading large teams and developing future talent.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A hands-on, proactive management style.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays, in line with airport operations.
