Production Coordinator – Womenswear Supplier
Immediate Start | Temp Role

We are working with a well-established womenswear supplier who is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join their team on an immediate-start temporary basis.

This is a fast-paced role supporting the production team across multiple accounts, ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing critical path activity within a supplier environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the critical path from order confirmation through to delivery

Liaising daily with factories, mills, and internal teams

Chasing samples, approvals, lab dips, and bulk production updates

Monitoring production timelines and flagging risks or delays

Maintaining accurate production trackers and systems

Supporting costings, purchase orders, and shipping documentation where required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in a production or production coordination role within a womenswear supplier

Strong understanding of garment production processes

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Confidence working to tight deadlines in a high-volume environment

Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
