Women's Denim Designer

This is a great role for a very trend-led senior denim designer to join a leading, vertically integrated manufacturer, due to company expansion.

Based out of an enviable London location, you will be working closely with the design team and responsible for designing women's multi-product denim showroom ranges and have the ability to design into your customer high fashion accounts including leading European ones .

Day to day you will be researching the market and carrying out careful analysis to have a strong understanding of the most up to date trends; remaining aware of and implementing direction and innovation across fabric/ washes/ shape; creating on-trend, forward-thinking, yet commercial designs in response to briefs; producing accurate and detailed CADs to present to buyers and technical packs for product development; presenting range to customers in a confident manner; communicating effectively with team members in the UK and Asia; and overseeing the development of sampling, ensuring deadlines are met.
