As a Marketing Director you will be the custodian of the company's image, brand and also its standing within the market place. You will be accountable for ensuring your company is meeting the needs of its customers and attracting potential customers, so you'll be getting into the mind set of your customers and thinking about their needs. The requirements of the role of a Marketing Director will ideally be a Bachelors or Master's Degree in Marketing, a professional chartered marketer (CIM), a proven track record of success in senior marketing roles. You will be confident, driven and a dynamic leader. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities and be an exceptional relationship builder.
